Our approach integrates a variety of holistic modalities to support the physical and emotional well-being of your horse, promoting a stronger bond between horse and human.
What is Equine Bodywork?
Equine Bodywork Sessions
Each session is carefully tailored to address the specific needs of your horse. We utilize a combination of acupressure, myofascial release, traditional massage, and red light therapy to promote relaxation, comfort, and balance. Additionally, we may incorporate sprays and lotions to enhance the effects of bodywork, all included in the session fee.
Initial Intake Session (up to 90 minutes)
The initial intake session is priced at $150 and allows for more time to connect with both the horse and the owner. This session provides an opportunity to gather a complete history of the horse’s physical and emotional well-being, helping establish a strong foundation for the ongoing work. We focus on building trust with both the horse and the human, ensuring that all needs are understood and addressed.
Follow-Up Sessions (up to 60 minutes)
Single sessions are priced at $125. These sessions are designed to provide targeted bodywork to support your horse’s well-being. Each session includes the use of all modalities, including acupressure, sprays/lotions, and red light therapy.
We happily serve clients across Northern Colorado!
A farm call fee applies for travel beyond 25 miles from Old Town Fort Collins (ZIP code 80525). The travel fee ensures that we can offer our services in locations that are further from our base, allowing us to bring our work to you.
Travel & Fees
Equine bodywork is an integrative approach to enhancing a horse’s physical comfort and emotional well-being. Through a variety of modalities, such as acupressure, myofascial release, energy work, and traditional massage, we address physical discomfort, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. These techniques help horses regulate their nervous system, leading to more balanced, confident, and calm behavior.
Equine bodywork is not only beneficial for horses experiencing physical issues but also for those looking to deepen their connection with their human companions. By working with the horse’s body and energy, we foster trust, communication, and a harmonious relationship. Learn More on our FAQ page.
